SHAWNEE, OK – The Potawatomi Fire are excited to announce the re-signing of Isaiah Wade for the 2026 TBL season. Wade (6-7, F) will be playing in his third consecutive season with the Fire, after helping the Fire win TBL titles in 2024 and 2025.

“We are very excited to have Isaiah back,” said Fire general manager David Qualls. “Isaiah has been a key player for our last two championship teams, and we are excited to have him back once again. Beyond his play, Isaiah is also a wonderful man with a great family, and we are thrilled to see all of them back inside FireLake Arena next season.”

In 2025, Wade averaged 12.5 points while shooting 55.6% from the field. He also grabbed 5.8 rebounds per game, which was third best on the team. In the playoffs, Wade’s numbers improved. He averaged 13.6 points on 56.3% shooting from the field while grabbing 6.0 rebounds per game.

“Isaiah has been a key player for us over the last couple of seasons, and I’m thrilled to have him back,” said three-time TBL Coach of the Year Mark Dannhoff. “I know he was disappointed to miss last year’s TBL Finals due to injury, but I’m confident that experience will motivate him this season. Isaiah brings a strong physical presence on both ends of the floor, and his athleticism allows us to use him in a variety of ways. Each year, we’ve seen his role with this team continue to evolve, and I’m excited to watch him grow once again, both as a player and as a person.”

This will be Wade’s third season in TBL, all with the Fire. He previously played in Iceland, China, and in the NBA G-League with the Grand Rapids Nuggets, an affiliate of the Denver Nuggets. Prior to his professional career, Wade played collegiately at the University of Central Oklahoma, Washington State, and Iowa Western.

The Fire will begin their 2026 TBL season on March 5th against ADS Sentinels. Season tickets and individual tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at on the Fire website.
