SHAWNEE, OK – The Potawatomi Fire have signed K.D. Moore (6-4, G/F) for the 2026 TBL season. Moore, who won TBL championships with the Fire in 2023 and 2024, returns to Potawatomi after spending last season with the Great Falls Electric.

“I’m thrilled that K.D. has decided to rejoin the Fire this year,” said Fire head coach Mark Dannhoff. “He was a key part of our first two championships. K.D. is a terrific player who brings energy and athleticism to both ends of the floor. His work ethic and commitment to his development in the offseason have allowed him to improve each year and grow into the complete, all-around player he is today. I’m excited for the opportunity to coach K.D. again and can’t wait to get him back on the court.”

In 2024 with the Fire, Moore averaged a team high 24.9 points in 23 games. He also grabbed 5.8 rebounds and dished out 2.0 assists per game. Last season with Great Falls, Moore averaged career highs in points (28.9 ppg), rebounds (6.6 rpg), assists (5.6 apg), and steals (1.6 spg) on his way to being named a TBL All-Star for the first time in his career.

“I’m glad we were able to re-sign K.D. for this season,” said Fire general manager David Qualls. “K.D. is a very talented player that knows our players and Coach Dannhoff’s system. I have no doubt he’ll be able to come right in and contribute. During his first couple of years with us he became a fan favorite with his highlight reel dunks and athletic plays. I know our fans will be glad to see him inside FireLake Arena once again this coming season.”

Moore, who is originally from Paris, Texas, will be playing in his fifth season in TBL. Prior to playing with Great Falls and the Fire, he spent one season (2022) with the Enid Outlaws. In addition to his time in TBL, Moore has also played professionally in Mexico. Prior to turning pro, Moore played collegiately at East Central University in Ada, OK.

The Fire will begin their 2026 TBL season on March 5th. Season tickets are on sale now. Individual game tickets will be on sale soon.
