LITTLE ROCK, ARK – The Potawatomi Fire stayed perfect on the year as they beat the Little Rock Lightning 121-83. This win was the 35th consecutive win for the Fire dating back to the 2023 season.

“It wasn’t our cleanest game, but we were able to work our way through it and get the win,” said Fire head coach Mark Dannhoff. “There are times when you have to play through adversity, and we did that tonight. I’m proud of our guys for fighting through adversity and cleaning things up in the second half.”

Deshawn Munson had arguably his best game of the season finishing with a team-high 28 points to go along with 11 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals. Chuck Guy had another strong showing with 19 points, 4 rebounds, and 5 steals. Paul Harrison also finished with 19 points to go along with 4 rebounds, 3 assists, a steal, and a block. Also finishing in double-figures were Jachai Simmons (13) and Jay Hedgeman (12).

“We had a good team effort tonight,” said Dannhoff. “I thought our guys played unselfish and tried to get everyone involved. Our offense is the most effective when that happens.”
